I had Bryan come and do carpet streching in 2 rooms, living room and a bedroom and carpet clean my whole house. He moved furniture as needed, worked the whole time he was here and did a great job. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I gave McKinley five stars because he was punctual, sent an email telling me that he was on his way, very polite, and because I had such a small area and a minimal charge, he cleaned some extra areas included in the original cost. He was fast, efficient, and did an excellent job. I would recommend him definitely.

B’s scheduled me in just before the holiday, and I am really grateful they found the availability to take care of my time constraints. MacKinley was courteous and professional, he was late to arrive but communicated that ahead of my appointment, which I appreciate. I feel he was thorough and did a good job, though there was some water/solution on the floor left behind after cleaning my couch. Not a problem, but a minor nuisance that I had to move the couch and mop up. The couch was cleaned well, and I feel all the smells have been resolved. The dry time was significantly greater than originally suggested, so it was fortunate I didn’t count on that in my calculations for having guests arrive. The couch looks nice, and my guests feel comfortable on it. The price was reasonable, MacKinley was efficient and stayed within the quoted time, and was pleasant and professional.
